President/Principal Consultant, Robin E. Williams began the company over 20 years ago, providing experience-based architectural sign program consultation to architects and graphic designers. Through this work she realized the need for systematic thinking about Donor Recognition. Today she is recognized as a leader in the field, responsible for promoting these new ideas to successful fundraising organizations throughout the nation. Robin is the visionary, the teacher, the one who leads our clients to appreciate the positive impact that thoughtfully executed Donor Recognition policies and procedures will have on their bottomline.

Vice President/Senior Creative Consultant, Anne Manner-McLarty guides clients through the process of integrating Donor Recognition communication into all appropriate media. Based upon more than 10 years of marketing and graphic design consultation, Anne provides insight into the current theories of experiential marketing. She is responsible for assisting our clients in defining core message objectives and establishing consistent, manageable methods for their delivery.

Ted Kloss, Design DirectorDesign Director, Ted Kloss, IBD, IES provides the critical interior design and lighting consultation that make our three-dimensional outcomes so successful. Through 25 years’ experience in designing hospitality, corporate, club and residential environments, Ted has developed a keen ability to design spatial and material solutions that maximize the potential of the built environment. His work is the key to our ability to provide architecturally appropriate Donor Recognition solutions.
