Your best option for getting to the heart of how we might best collaborate to meet your specific goals for Donor Recognition for your Organization is to invite us on site as soon as is feasible.

Doing so will not only illuminate for us how we can best serve you, but also, our prospective clients learn quite a bit during our visit as well. Sometimes we bring focus that stimulates immediate goal-setting and task assignment. Sometimes the issues are very complex and require a more thoughtful, planned approach and even long term solutions. Sometimes a day together is all you'll need to establish direction.

If you are not in or around Atlanta, GA, USA, our Principal Consultant and /or our Design Director will eventually have to travel to your site. Being on site is best for true evaluation of your facility, your needs, your existing Recognition efforts and/or any other issues relevant to your Recognition program's success.

On such a site visit, we would also expect to meet with whomever else you deem appropriate to decision-making about the possibilities of our working together. Our ultimate goal would be to define together just what the scope of initial collaborative work might be.

Our experience has proven that only through face-to-face discussions and on site understanding of the built environment can we be accurate in our assessments and recommendations.

As you might guess, we charge for these "On Site Consults", plus travel expenses. At a minimum, our time together will result in a written strategic report and descriptives, as required, to provide direction and solution suggestions that will function as a master plan for problem-solving. You'll have this report to utilize in whatever timely fashion you deem appropriate.

You should know, too, that these "On Site Consult" costs can be applied to future work we would do for you if begun in an agreed upon amount of time after our Consult.

We are good and effective at what we do. If you'll request and check references, you'll think even more of us.

Our "On Site Consults" are always geared toward enhancing and broadening donor participation for our hosts. This, we know, can be done through stategically planned and dynamically implemented Recognition programs....accomplished through our expertise. You will get more than your money's worth."
